Natas do Céu

This is one of the easiest desserts I know. It is great when you have to cook for a lot of people: it can done in advance and there is no problem in freezing it.

You will need:
  • Condensed milk (400 ml)
  • Cream (3 paks of 200 or 250 ml)
  • Marie Biscuits (± 20)
  • Gelatine (3 sheets)
Then:
  1. Immerse the sheets of gelatine in cold water
  2. Whip the cream until it reaches a good consistency
  3. Take the gelatine sheets out of the cold water and dissolve them in a small quantity of hot water
  4. Incorporate the condensed milk and the gelatine into the whipped cream
  5. Grind the cookies
  6. In a bowl, make three layers aletrnating the cream and the cookies (starting with the cookies)
  7. Put in the fridge for at least 1h30m
